Dear fellow Hanoverians:
You have seen them around town. You have been wondering where to get one!
Due to great success and many inquiries regarding where to find them, the
Hanover Middle School will be placing a second order of Hanover United
t-shirts that will be available to the Hanover community. The t-shirt
started as a student summer project, and was created to promote awareness
and inclusion of all in our community. With the assistance of Rockland
Athletics, the t-shirt was unveiled in December 2010 during Inclusive
Schools Week to encourage working together, awareness, tolerance of others,
and inclusiveness of all. The shirt is a great navy blue color with a logo
on the front depicting the Hanover anchor symbol. It has also has a great
message that reaches out to all citizens of Hanover: "Where you and I can
make a difference".
T-shirt orders may be placed with Anne Scribner at awscribner@hotmail.com or
by calling 781-829-6865 or by contacting Shelly Grabowski at the Middle
School by calling 781-871-1122, Ext. 10 . T-shirts can be paid for by cash
or check made out to Hanover Middle School at time of order. Youth sizes
and adult sizes range from small – XL and are priced at $10. Larger sizes
have a small price increase. While the intention is for the shirts to
"break even", any proceeds from the sale of the shirts will be donated to
HMS for student events.
They are planning on placing the next order by April 29th, so order now.
Students and teachers, place your orders so they can be received and worn to
school spirit days or end of the year events! For all other Hanover
residents, get your order in so you can get it before school is out and can
be worn around Hanover with pride!
