Generally speaking, as an all-volunteer service, “Around Town on the
Web” considers promoting information from “for-profit”
businesses if and only if the business is offering a pretty darn good
(and also completely free) deal for Hanover residents. The following
offer surely meets those standards…read on!
Hanover Fitness, a new gym in town located at 33 Rockland Street
(Route 139), is offering every resident of Hanover (who is not
currently a member of their club) a FREE one month membership for the
month of February!
The owner of the gym, Leo Strangis, writes, “The reason I have
decided to do this is because I feel it is so important for children
to see their parents participating in activities that promote a
healthy lifestyle. I feel so strongly that everyone should participate
in some form of physical activity that I want to extend this offer to
all Hanover families. I have 3 young children and when I attend school
functions I am astounded at how unfit our children have become. Please
take me up on this offer to get the whole family off the couch, away
from the video games and moving toward a healthier lifestyle. Hanover
Fitness is the perfect environment for people who might be ‘put
