February vacation at the John Curtis Library

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

Looking for something to do with the kids during school vacation week?
Check out these offerings from the Children’s Room at the John
Curtis Library!

Sparky’s Puppets will perform “Stories from Snowy Lands” at the
library on Tuesday, February 19 at 2:00 p.m. Free tickets are
available at the children’s room desk.

There will be a pajama story time on Tuesday, February 19 at 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, February 20 at 11:00 a.m. will be Mother Goose on the
Loose, a special story time geared toward young children but enjoyable
for all ages.

Magician Debbie O’Carroll will present an Origami workshop for ages
four and up on Wednesday, February 20 at 3:00 p.m. Space is limited;
parents may register children at the children’s room desk.

Children may come in Friday, February 22 at 11:00 a.m. for craft
making.

Lola the golden retriever therapy dog will be visiting on Saturday,
February 23 from 11:00 a.m. to noon. Children are invited to read to
her or just visit with her.

Other than the puppet show and origami workshop, all programs are

the Library.
