Tai Chi at the library

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

The Friends of the John Curtis Library are sponsoring Tai Chi workshops in
the large meeting room of the Library on Wednesday evenings at 5:00 p.m.
Participate in this beginner’s workshop and learn the basics of the
ancient form of movement. This gentle form of exercise can help maintain
strength, flexibility, and balance. The workshops are open to all
interested persons.

The Library is located on Route 139 in Hanover Center. For further
information, please call the Library at 781-826-2972 or e-mail Lorraine at
lwelsh@ocln.org .
