Dear fellow Hanoverians:

Hanover Firehouse and Phillips Sanctuary Tour

Jointly sponsored by the Hanover Historical Society and the Open Space
Committee, enjoy a one mile walk through woodland behind the Station Five
Museum on Broadway. Vernal pool, old stone walls, and cart-paths make this
a lovely fall walk.

The Museum is also open for tours from 2:00 – 4:00, and refreshments are
served. See the town’s beautifully restored horse-drawn firefighting
wagon, now on display there.

Park at the Firehouse. Sturdy walking shoes and insect repellent are
advised. Maps and more information are available at
http://www.hanover-ma.gov/open-space-committee, or you may contact
hanovertrailwalkers@gmail.com.
