Hosta expert to speak in Hanover

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

The Hanover Garden Club begins its 88th year of serving the community with
a presentation by nationally known hosta expert Rick Goodenough, entitled
“My Gardening Journey: One Man’s Lifelong Gardening Story of Creating,
Collecting, Hybridizing, and Enjoying Plants in a Marshfield Garden”.
Mr. Goodenough has authored numerous published articles and is a longtime
member of the American Hosta Society, having served on the Society’s
Executive Committee. He has named and introduced over 200 hosta cultivars
and has lectured across the country. At this event, Mr. Goodenough will be
sharing his knowledge and experience with gardeners of Hanover and the
South Shore.

The Hanover Garden Club welcomes the public to this free presentation on
Thursday, March 16, 12:30 p.m. at the Phoenix Lodge, 133 Broadway, located
in Hanover’s Four Corners. For more information, please contact Ava
Sigsby at ats@sigscom.com or 781-826-3912.
