AG motions to intervene in suit against town

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

The lawsuit regarding the high school construction project continues to move
toward the March 1st hearing in the Supreme Judicial Court. Recently, the
Attorney General motioned to intervene in the suit against the town. Her
motion to intervene, as filed by AAG Kevin Conroy, may be found here:

this means that the AG would like to join the 10 taxpayers as an Appellant
in the suit.
