The Hanover Board of Health, in conjunction with the Hanover Visiting Nurse
\nAssociation, will host their final ADULT INFLUENZA CLINIC at the new Senior
\nCenter, located at 665 Center Street:<\/p>\n
Wednesday, December 29, 2010 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n
PNEUMONIA AND TETANUS VACCINES will also be administered at this time for
\nthose who need to update their immunizations (limited Tetanus vaccine
\navailable).<\/p>\n
MEDICARE B recipients’ are asked to present their Medicare card for Flu
\nand\/or Pneumonia vaccine. <\/p>\n
To be immunized at these clinics children ages 9 through 18 years old must
\nhave a written doctor’s order with dosage specified faxed to the Health
\nOffice at (781) 826-5289 at least 24 hours in advance. <\/p>\n
COST: Hanover residents free. Non-residents $5.00 each shot. Donations
\nto the Hanover Visiting Nurse Association would be appreciated. <\/p>\n
** Please avoid long sleeved clothing or tight fitting sleeves. <\/p>\n
