Melanie Austin, MS, CCC-SLP is the director of speech services at South
\nShore Therapies in both Weymouth and Pembroke. She has worked in outpatient
\npediatric treatment settings for many years and has provided services to
\nchildren with a wide variety of diagnoses including autism spectrum
\ndisorder, childhood apraxia of speech, stuttering, pragmatic language
\ndisorders, auditory processing disorders, and other learning disabilities.
\nMelanie has frequently lectured on an array of speech and language topics
\nfor parents, health care professionals and school programs such as Child
\nCare Choices of Boston, Community Care for Kids, and various other parent
\nadvisory councils. She regularly participates in the South Shore Therapies
\nlecture series.<\/p>\n
