*Alumni Speed and Agility Camp*<\/p>\n
For the third straight year, Ryan Shea, Matt Shea, and James Wheeler
\nwill host the Hanover Alumni Speed & Agility Camp. This Hanover Park &
\nRecreation program is open to all Hanover youth athletes, ages 9-18,
\nwho wish to improve their fitness and athletic performance prior to
\nthe fall sports season. The Alumni Speed & Agility Camp teaches the
\nproper techniques to various game related movements that will sharpen
\nthe athleteâ??s understanding of how to react to different scenarios
\nin live athletic competition.<\/p>\n
Dates: Session 1: July 5th â?? July 22nd
