\nHanover Adult Boot Camp. This affordable Hanover Park & Recreation
\nprogram was designed for adults who find it tough to exercise on a
\nregular basis. The Adult Boot Campâ??s perfect combination of
\ncardiovascular, resistance and flexibility training will lead to
\nsignificant results for all participants. Our goal at Adult Boot Camp
\nis to provide adults with the physical activity that is often
\nneglected due to daily dedications to work and family life. Make this
\nprogram the jumpstart for your brand new healthy & active lifestyle!<\/p>\n
