Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
The Friends of the Stetson House will hold their second open meeting
\nto explore possibly moving the dismantled barn from 645 Center Street
\nto the Stetson House property. The historic barn was part of the 645
\nCenter Street property purchased by the town at the recommendation of
\nthe Community Preservation Committee at town meeting four years ago.
\nIt is believed this historic barn was originally built in the late
\n1700\u2019s to early 1800’s and that only ten such barns still exist in
\nthe United States. Currently the barn is being stored in a trailer and
\nall sections of the barn have been labeled and marked. Anyone
\ninterested in attending is welcome.<\/p>\n
The meeting will take place on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at
\nthe Stetson House.<\/p>\n
