Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
Great fun was had this evening at the first of the \u201cHanoverAde\u201d gatherings to benefit our community.\u00a0 What seemed like scores of children and their parents gathered at St. Mary\u2019s Parish Hall for Family Game Night \u2013 complete with Connect Four, Pictionary and Battleship, among others.\u00a0 As attendees arrived, they made donations to the Hanover Visiting Nurse Association and then were quickly welcomed to the next round of games.\u00a0 Participants munched on popcorn and drinks, made new connections and re-established old ones.<\/p>\n
The spirit of Christmas and giving pervaded the air, and those in attendance had a blast.\u00a0 If you missed this event, we missed you!\u00a0 Stay tuned to \u201cAround Town on the Web\u201d for further information about the next HanoverAde \u201csocializing with a purpose\u201d gathering in January.<\/p>\n
