Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
The Hanover Clergy Association is seeking essays from grade school
\nthrough high school students on the theme “Remembering 9\/11; Building
\nCommunity”. Questions to consider in writing are: What are some
\nexamples of things or people you have experienced or observed in
\nHanover that have helped make Hanover a better community? How have the
\ntragic events of September 11, 2001 been able to help build a stronger
\ncommunity in general? <\/p>\n
Essays should be no longer than 3 – 5 paragraphs and should be
\nsubmitted to The Rev. Beth Wheatley Dyson, 17 Church Street in
\nHanover. The deadline for submission is August 31, 2011. Winning
\nessays from elementary, middle and high school levels will be read at
\nthe 9\/11 ceremony to be held at 2:00 p.m. on 9\/11 at Sylvester Field.
