\nI am writing with a friendly \u201chead\u2019s up\u201d and to caution you to
\ndrive carefully as you travel the north end of Route 53 in Hanover in
\nthe near future. In addition to the on-going reconstruction of the
\nRoute 3 overpass that has lanes detoured and divided further south
\nthan they used to be, today I also noticed both a strike of IBEW
\nworkers at the Verizon store and the old Garden Craft building being
\ntorn down to make way for the new Infiniti dealership. All three
\nevents are causing unusual slowdowns and traffic patterns. <\/p>\n
