Fall Programs from Hanover Parks and Recreation<\/p>\n
*FAMILY PROGRAMS*
\n* *
\n*Parent & Me Sports League *Each week we will play a different sport
\nor activity so come ready to play! At the end of the 6 week session
\neach child will go home with an award.
\n* *
\n*Fall Foliage Family Portrait Session with Abbey Knoll Photography *30
\nminute sessions at a local park with a complimentary 8×10 photograph
\nincluded!<\/p>\n
*CHILDREN\u2019S PROGRAMS*
\n* *
\n*Kids Klub Playgroup *A daily playgroup for potty-trained children
\nages 3+. This playgroup allows children to make new friends and enjoy
\ndifferent activities.<\/p>\n
*UGoGirl *A program that helps girls learn about healthy nutrition,
\nexercise as well as be inspired to develop, nurture and embrace their
\nindividuality. <\/p>\n
*Triple Threat Basketball Clinic *Join Hanover High School Coach
\nMolloy and Rockland High School Coach Damon to learn the skills it
\ntakes to be a better basketball player through individual and team
\nfundamentals.<\/p>\n
*Yoga *Come and learn the basics of yoga while enjoying time with
\nfriends!<\/p>\n
*Photography *This class is designed for teenagers interested in
\nlearning more about digital photography. At the end of the 2 class
\nsession, participants will have an art show.<\/p>\n
*Rec Afternoons *Join us every Tuesday afternoon for games and
\nactivities! We will have Legos, arts & crafts, sports, games and much
\nmore.<\/p>\n
*Parents Night Out *Join us one Friday a month for a movie, games,
\npizza and popcorn! Drop your kids off for the night and enjoy a night
\nout for yourselves.<\/p>\n
*Teen Night *Join us one Friday a month for a night of a movie,
\ndancing, games, pizza and popcorn!<\/p>\n
*ADULT PROGRAMS *<\/p>\n
*Whole New U *Join us twice a month to learn about ways to lose weight
\nand keep it off forever! Through discussion and education you will see
\nmore consistent results.<\/p>\n
*Zumba *Join us every Tuesday at the Boys Club for an hour of fun
\ncardio while enjoying time with friends!<\/p>\n
*Yoga *This is a first year program where you will be able to relax,
\nbuild strength and have fun while participating.<\/p>\n
*Run Club *Join this group and get out and run! This program will
\nprepare you for upcoming races and help you get in shape.<\/p>\n
*Photography *We have a couple of photography classes offered to help
\nyou better understand the basics of digital photography and then put
\nyour knowledge into action! <\/p>\n
