Free Power Yoga Class for Hanover residents

\nTuesday, September 27th at 9:15 a.m.<\/p>\n
75 minute class, open to all levels<\/p>\n
Please arrive at 9:00 to reserve a spot for your mat and to check in.
\nBring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. Tips for those new to power
\nyoga: Dress in comfortable exercise wear. Top shouldn\u2019t be too
\nloose, as it may rise up in \u201cdown dog\u201d! Eat after class, rather
\nthan before. <\/p>\n
