\n*UGoGirl*<\/p>\n
UGoGirl is a unique program that allows girls age 10 and up to learn
\nabout healthy nutrition and exercise while inspiring them to embrace
\ntheir individuality. <\/p>\n
Topics in the UGoGirl program include:<\/p>\n
-Nutrition, exercise and developing a healthy body image
\n-Positive life skills
\n-Self esteem, self respect, self confidence and integrity
\n-Good decision making
\n-Peer pressure, bullying and the stress of trying to fit in
\n-Embracing and loving your individuality.<\/p>\n
Instructor Julianne McLaughlin developed the UGoGirl curriculum from
\nobservations of her own teenage children and their peers. A graduate
\nof the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Julianne is also a
\nCertified Weight Loss and Nutrition Counselor, Personal Trainer,
\nPilates and Spin Instructor.
