The Hanover High School Boys Soccer Team has earned a preliminary
\nround bye in the MIAA state soccer tournament and will host a home
\ntournament game vs. Mashpee High School at Hanover High on Monday,
\nNovember 7th at 7:00 p.m. The boys compiled a 12-3-3 record this
\nseason, going unbeaten for a stretch of 6 weeks playing in the highly
\ncompetitive Patriot League. They are also Fisher Division Champions
\nfor 2011!<\/p>\n
The Hanover Girls Soccer Team also earned a preliminary round bye and
\nqualified for the MIAA state tournament. The girls will play today,
\nSunday, November 6th against Old Colony Regional Vocational High
\nSchool at 1:00 p.m. at Old Colony. According to Hanover coach Garth
\nNelson, the girls are having one of their best seasons in the past 5
\nor 6 years, and despite some big graduation losses last year, the
\nyounger girls have stepped up to fill the void.<\/p>\n
Tournament games are controlled by MIAA and have gate admission fees
\nof $5 adults \/ $3 students. For more information about Hanover High
