*Rockstar Yoga for Tween Girls!*<\/p>\n
Tweens rock! Yoga is a fabulous way for girls to have a great time and
\nlearn about themselves in a supportive environment. In addition to
\nexploring the basics of yoga, this program will help girls:<\/p>\n
\u2022Build self-esteem
\n\u2022Learn about powerful mind-body connection
\n\u2022 Promote better posture, flexibility and focus
\n\u2022Understand the importance of self care and self acceptance
\nGirls should bring a yoga mat and water <\/p>\n
Instructor: Tina Maalouly, Certified Yoga Teacher. For more

\n*Who:* Girls ages 8-14<\/p>\n
*When:* Mondays for 6 weeks<\/p>\n
Session 1: January 9th-February 27th (no class 2\/20)
\nSession 2: March 12th-April 23rd (no class 4\/16)<\/p>\n
*Where:* Rec Center

\n*Time:* 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.<\/p>\n
*Cost:* $60\/session OR $100 for both sessions<\/p>\n
