\nfounder of No Pudge! Foods. <\/p>\n

\/Lindsay Frucci describes herself as a “stay-at-home” mom with two
\nsmall boys, in a situation where she needed to make money, and didn’t

The Pig and Me: A Memoir When a personal bankruptcy robbed her family
\nof financial security; Lindsay Frucci decided the way back to marital
\nand family bliss was to start a business that would make gobs of
\nmoney. Out of the mantra \u201cthere must be something I can do\u201d and a
\npassion for fat-laden, fudgy brownies that made it hard to zip her
\njeans, an idea was born: healthy brownies for the masses. In a leap of
\nfaith borne on the wings of innocence and naivet\u00e9, she founded No
\nPudge! Foods, Inc., and began an epic journey of unexpected personal
\ngrowth and discovery. Frucci owned No Pudge! for ten years, and when
\nshe sold it, her Fat Free Fudge Brownie Mixes were sold in every major
\ngrocery chain in the United States. The fairy tale is an enviable,
\nbusiness success story. The reality is the story of a woman who was
\nraised hearing \u201cyou can\u2019t\u201d and found, to her surprise and great
\nsatisfaction, she could \u2013 and then some. <\/p>\n
\/Lindsay Frucci founded No Pudge! Foods in 1995 and served as Chief
\nCook and Bottle Washer for ten years. She, her husband and their
\npound-puppy Zoe, happily divide their time between Wolfeboro, New
\nHampshire and Brooklyn, New York. This is her first book.\/<\/p>\n
