Hanover Parks and Recreation is offering two cooking classes:<\/p>\n
*Cook with Me for 10+ year olds and Cook with Me for 6 – 9 year olds!*
\n* *
\n*Cook with Me (ages 10+)*
\nDo you love to cook with the adults in your life? Or perhaps you want
\nto help out around the house and want to impress your family with
\nsomething you made yourself? This course will help you become more
\nconfident in the kitchen. Whether or not you’re returning to Cook with
\nMe or brand new, join us for Session 2! You will learn kitchen safety,
\nmenu planning and basic cooking skills. The importance of cooking
\nwhole foods and eating nutritionally balanced meals. Some of the meals
\nyou will cook are Tuscan smoked turkey, bread and pizza dough and so
\nmuch more! Participant meal suggestions are welcomed! Limit of 14
\nparticipants.<\/p>\n
*When:* Thursdays (March 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29)
\n*Instructor:* Lee Ann Arbia, Food Safety Manager
\n*Where:* Rec Center
\n*Who:* Children ages 10+
\n*Cost: *$100
\n*Time: *5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

*Cook with Me (ages 6 – 9)*
\nSo do you love to make a mess in the kitchen, but not always allowed?
\nCome have fun creating masterpieces you can eat and bring home to
\nshare! Together we will learn kitchen safety and basic cooking skills.
\nWe will bring a healthy side to fun meals and snacks! Some creations
\nwe will make are hummus, guacamole, pizza, cookies, cupcakes and more!
\nLimit of 14 participants.<\/p>\n
*When:* Saturdays (March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31)
