\nFor the third straight year, Matt and Ryan Shea will be running
\nHanover Adult Boot Camp. This affordable Hanover Park and Recreation
\nprogram was designed for adults who find it tough to exercise on a
\nregular basis. The Adult Boot Camp\u2019s perfect combination of
\ncardiovascular, resistance and flexibility training will lead to
\nsignificant results for all participants. Our goal at Adult Boot Camp
\nis to provide adults with the physical activity that is often
\nneglected due to daily dedications to work and family life. Make this
\nprogram the jumpstart for your brand new healthy and active lifestyle!<\/p>\n
Dates: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:45 a.m. – 6:45 a.m. throughout the
\nfollowing dates:
\n Session 1: May 29th – June 15th
\n Session 2: June 18th – July 6th
\n Session 3: July 19th – July 27th
\n Session 4: July 30th – August 17th<\/p>\n
