Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
For the fourth straight year, Ryan Shea, Matt Shea, and James Wheeler
\nwill host the Hanover Alumni Speed and Agility Camp. This Hanover Park
\nand Recreation program is open to all Hanover youth athletes (ages 9 –
\n18) who wish to improve their fitness and athletic performance prior
\nto the fall sports season. The Alumni Speed and Agility Camp teaches
\nthe proper techniques to various game related movements that will
\nsharpen the athlete\u2019s understanding of how to react to different
\ngame-related scenarios. In addition, the camp educates athletes on
\nproper kinematics and stretching to limit sports-related injuries. <\/p>\n
Dates: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. throughout
\nthe following dates:
\n Session 1: July 2nd – July 20th
\n Session 2: July 23rd – August 10th<\/p>\n
