\nWork Experience:
\nI have worked for a Building Supply Company as an Outside Commercial
\nSales representative for the last 15 years. The Skills that I use in
\nBusiness: Project Management, Communicating Clearly, Detail analysis
\nof Project Plans, Specification, Contracts and Proposals, process
\nevaluation, are all appropriate for the Needs of the School system.
\nHanover Facts
\nLived in Hanover for 16 years.
\n3 Children in the School System, 1 at the High School and 2 at the
\nMiddle School
\n Coached Lego robotics at the Middle School and at Sylvester School
\nAn Active Resident, coaching Girls Lacrosse for the last five years.
\nStarting the Hanover Girls U-15 Select Lacrosse Team this Year
\nCertified US Lacrosse Coach
\nPreviously coached Soccer, T-ball, Baseball, Softball
\nSchool Committee Participation
\nRegularly attends and participates in School Committee meetings for
\nthe last 3 years. Secure in the knowledge of the issues and concerns
\nfacing the School System and the Town.
\nBelieves that the School system exists for all of the children and
\nthat their Education and Well Being
\nReasons for Running
\n1) Concerns on the Efficiency of the School Administration and the
\ninconsistency of policies and procedures throughout the school system
\n2) Effective evaluation of Administrators
\n3) Budget Decisions
\n4) Concerns about the School Environment and the Current
\nAdministration\u2019s ability to provide a safe, secure and open
\neducational environment for all of the Students and Faculty to reach
\ntheir full potential.<\/p>\n
