Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
Mrs. Beverly Gilmartin, TePee Program Director and teacher, will be
\nretiring after 24 years in the Hanover Schools. Hundreds of Hanover
\nkindergarten students and children of Hanover Schools staff have had
\nthe opportunity to have been a part of this unique, self-supporting
\nprogram. Whether at the soccer field, the grocery store, or at Hanover
\nMall, whenever the words \u201cTePee\u201d or \u201cMrs. Gilmartin\u201d were
\nmentioned, it was sure to put a smile on the faces of everyone around.
\nFor many years, it was considered \u201cHanover\u2019s biggest secret\u201d
\nbecause it was the only program in town of its kind. Not only did the
\nprogram provide a service to the residents of Hanover who had
\nkindergarten children, it opened up an opportunity for Hanover
\nteachers and staff to have their preschoolers in a safe, learning
\nenvironment within their teaching district. <\/p>\n
And now, we say goodbye to Mrs. Gilmartin and her TePee Program as
\nthey both retire in June. If you would like to share an experience or
\nsimply wish Mrs. Gilmartin a happy retirement, please send an e-mail

(Editor\u2019s note: My daughter was one of the very lucky students of
\nBeverly Gilmartin\u2019s TePee Program, so I thought I would start off
\nthe accolades by wishing Mrs. Gilmartin nothing but the best in her
\nretirement\u2026just as she always gave \u201cher\u201d kids nothing but the
\nbest. Bev \u2013 you rock, and you are so loved in this house!
