\nThe Town of Hanover Board of Selectmen and Board of Health, in an
\neffort to be proactive, have asked the Plymouth County Mosquito
\nControl to spray the Town owned recreational fields. They are
\nscheduled to do this on Friday morning (8\/31\/12) between the hours of
\n3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Information on the types of spray they will be
\nusing is attached to this e-mail, and if you require additional
\ninformation you can go to their website at:
\nhttp:\/\/www.plymouthmosquito.com\/<\/p>\n
The Hanover Public Schools is also arranging to have their fields
\nsprayed by Plymouth County Mosquito Control and will follow the
\nrequired notification protocols as to when this will be occurring.
\n*Please keep in mind that spraying only reduces the amount of
\nmosquitoes and does not get rid of them completely. If you plan on
\nusing the fields please continue take the necessary safety
\nprecautions, i.e. wear long pants and shirts with long sleeves and use
\ninsect repellent containing DEET. Avoid being outdoors after dusk,
\nwhich is when mosquitoes are most active. *
