TOWN ANNOUNCES SCHOOL COMMITTEE VACANCY <\/p>\n
Chairman of the Board of Selectmen John Barry and School Committee
\nChair Elizabeth Corbo have jointly announced that the Selectmen and
\nSchool Committee will meet jointly to appoint a new School Committee
\nmember to fill the vacancy of Dr. Stephanie Gertz. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe are grateful for the enthusiasm and dedication of Dr. Gertz, and
\noffer her thanks on behalf of the Hanover community,\u201d said the
\nChairs in a joint statement. \u201cWe look forward to working together to
\nappoint a new member with a similar positive outlook that will help
\nusher the schools into a new era of success,\u201d they continued. <\/p>\n
Interested Hanover residents should send a letter of interest to the
\nOffice of the Selectmen, 550 Hanover Street, Hanover, MA 02339, by
\nSeptember 19th. The Selectmen and School Committee are working to
\nselect a date for interviews and appointment of the new committee
\nmember, who will serve until the next town election in May. For more
