As the economy continues to struggle, Hanover residents are
\nmaking plans to join forces to help their neighbors in need.  HanoverAde,
\na new group founded by local mom Liz Collins, proudly announces its second
\n“social gathering with a purpose”.  The event is set to be
\nheld Thursday, January 15th, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
\nat Joe’s American Bar and Grill<\/i> in Hanover.  All proceeds
\nfrom the evening will be donated to the Hanover Food Pantry.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Struck by the job losses and home foreclosures of friends in
\nHanover, Collins sent a few e-mails, made some connections, and HanoverAde was
\nborn.  The group’s first event consisted of a Family Game Night that
\nraised money for the Hanover Visiting Nurses Association.  January’s
\ngathering at Joe’s will be “a way to help some of our friends who
\nare struggling right now,” says Collins.  She encourages people to
\n“just stop by, drop off a gift card, even $10 for Stop-n-Shop, Shaw’s, or
\nHannaford’s".  Cash or checks made payable to the Hanover Food
\nPantry will also be very much appreciated.<\/p>\n
