Hanover Parks and Recreation is offering Ski\/Snowboard Lessons at Blue
\nHills!<\/p>\n
Once again this winter Parks and Rec will be offering ski and
\nsnowboard lessons at Blue Hills! Children aged 2nd – 8th grade are
\neligible. Buses will leave the Rec Center at 3:00 p.m. \/sharp\/ on
\nTuesday afternoons. 90 minute lessons will begin at 4:15 p.m. and
\nbuses will depart from Blue Hills at 6:00 p.m. arriving back at the
\nRec Center at 6:30-6:45 p.m. (due to traffic time, this may vary by a
\nfew minutes). Children can choose to bring or rent equipment. \/Helmets
\nare not required, however they are STRONGLY encouraged\/. Classes will
\ntake place for 5 Tuesdays starting January 8th. The group will be
\nsharing a bus and traveling with Abington, Randolph and Rockland again
\nthis year. Every participant will be given a Blue Hills pass to be
\nworn during lessons, which is their pass to ski or snowboard. All
\nparticipants will wear a Hanover Park and Rec vest to clearly define
\nthem as part of the group.<\/p>\n
All registrations must be in by December 20th; Blue Hills will not
\naccept additional registrations.<\/p>\n
This is a GREAT holiday present for the kids!<\/p>\n
*Cost:* $240 for ski\/snowboard lesson; $315 for ski\/snowboard lesson
\nwith rental; $25 for helmet rental (strongly encouraged) <\/p>\n
*When:* Tuesdays: 1\/8, 1\/15, 1\/22, 1\/29 and 2\/5 (additional weeks will
\nbe added on if there are weather-related closings)<\/p>\n
