Through<br \/>\nthe use of case examples, families and professionals will learn<br \/>\nstrategies that may help students receive important transition<br \/>\nservices mandated by special education laws. Parents and professionals<br \/>\nwill also gain an understanding of Chapter 688, the federal law that<br \/>\nhelps plan for youth with disabilities after they leave school.\/<\/p>\n<p>Presented by Johanne Pino and Catherine Mayes of Massachusetts<br \/>\nAdvocates for Children<br \/>\n* *<br \/>\n*\/PDP Certificates Available \/*<\/p>\n<p>What is the Hanover Parent Advisory Council?<br \/>\nThe *PAC* is a parent group whose mission is to work toward<br \/>\nunderstanding, respect, support and appropriate education for all<br \/>\nchildren with learning differences in our community.
