\nLooking for some indoor winter fun for your children? The Friends of
\nthe John Curtis Free Library are pleased to announce a six-week art
\nprogram for children ages 8 – 10 to begin at the library in January.<\/p>\n
Pam Golden, a sculptor and art educator (www.pamgolden.com<\/p>\n
), will teach children ages 8 – 10 in her Faces and Figures Workshop
\nto create clay animals, masks, puppets, and more. This class will meet
\non Wednesdays from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. in the children\u2019s room at the
\nlibrary. It begins January 9 and will run up until February vacation
\nweek. The class will support 12 children and is fully funded by the
\nFriends of the Library with participants asked to pay only a $10
\nsupply fee. Registration is happening now at the Children\u2019s
\nCirculation Desk at the library with your $10 supply payment.
\nPreference is given to children who have not taken this class before.
