\nAn \u201cAround Town on the Web\u201d (ATOTW) reader sent along the
\nfollowing plea for support from Hanover residents to be sent to the
\nresidents of Sandy Hook (Newtown), Connecticut:
\nPlease consider dropping off your letters, notes, or children\u2019s
\ndrawings to be mailed to Connecticut this week. The box will be marked
\n“Hugs for Sandy Hook Elementary”.
\nSandy Hook Elementary School, Police Department, Fire Department, and
\nfamilies and friends of Sandy Hook will receive them before Christmas.
\nATOTW reader Anne McNamara wants to offer her covered porch at 61
\nDamon Road (corner of Buffum Road) as a drop off point. She will mail
\nthe first box this coming Friday, 12\/21.
\nShe welcomes children’s drawings, and notes, letters, etc. from all
\nages. The tragedy has affected hearts throughout this town and
\ncountry. All families can express their thoughts and prayers. She will
