Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
There is a new group in town called \u201cFriends of Hanover
\nElementaries\u201d, and they are planning an Adult-Night-Out fundraiser. <\/p>\n
As parents of Hanover elementary students, they are trying to raise
\nmoney to purchase items for the classrooms of both elementary schools
\nin Hanover. They work independently of the school department as well
\nas of the HPTA and HFEE, and as such, they have a separate tax id
\nnumber, but are not (yet) a 501(c)3.<\/p>\n
Their goal is to enjoy a night out with friends, make new friends as
\nwell as make money for Cedar and Center-Sylvester Elementary schools.<\/p>\n
The event will be at the Pembroke Country Club, 94 W. Elm Street, on
\nSaturday, January 12, 2013 from 7:00 p.m. – midnight. They will
\nfeature Danny Gill and the Old Brigade, a DJ, Tim Wakefield (who will
\nbe there from 8:00 p.m. \u2013 10:00 p.m.), raffles, silent auction,
\nappetizers and much more. <\/p>\n
Tickets are now on sale for $25.00 per person. Please contact Deb
