\n*Calling all Kindergartners!*
\n*Kindergarten Registration* *at Cedar School and Center School,
\nHanover, MA*
\nThe Hanover Schools are pleased to invite the parents\/guardians of
\nchildren who will be five years of age prior to September 1, 2013 to
\ncome to their district school on:
\n*Thursday, March 21, 2013* *\/between the hours of\/ 9:30 a.m. and 11:00
\na.m.*
\nto register their children for Kindergarten for the 2013 – 2014 school
\nyear.
\n The schools request that you bring the following when you come to
\nregister:
\n\u00b7 original birth certificate
\n\u00b7 verification of residency\/address in Hanover
\n\u00b7 report of the most recent physical examination and immunizations<\/p>\n
As part of the registration process, please complete the following
\nforms which you can download from the school\u2019s website at
\nwww.hanoverschools.org
\n :
\n\u00b7 registration form
\n\u00b7 medical history form
\n\u00b7 parent information sheet
\n\u00b7 developmental questionnaire
\nPlease follow the link under Hanover Public Schools\/Forms and
\nDocuments\/Kindergarten Forms. If you are unable to download these
\nforms, you will be able to pick up a registration packet at your
\ndistrict school. It is not necessary for children to attend this
\nregistration on March 11th, March 13th, or March 14th.
\nChildren who have all of the above documentation on file will be
\nscheduled for a time to come to school and participate in a screening
\nprocess in early May.<\/p>\n
