Where do we find out what services we or our loved ones need, how do
\nwe get those services, and will Medicare pay for it? Whether
\nrehabilitating after surgery, recovering from an illness or dealing
\nwith a chronic health issue, it is important to ensure that your
\nhealthcare wishes are known. NVNA and Hospice clinicians will provide
\nvaluable healthcare information and communication tools to help ensure
\nyour wishes are known.<\/p>\n
Learn how to navigate the various healthcare settings, maintain good
\ncommunications with healthcare providers and take control of your
\nhealthcare.<\/p>\n
