\nRebecca Stetson\u2019s Federal Era Tea for Mothers and Daughters<\/p>\n
Join the Hanover Historical Society Saturday, May 18th for their
\nsecond annual Rebecca Stetson Tea for mothers and daughters. This
\nevent celebrates the life of Rebecca Stetson, an American girl who
\ngrew up in the Stetson House right after the American Revolution.
\nMothers and daughters are given the actual name of Hanoverians who
\nlived during this exciting time period. Participants will take part in
\nhands-on activities and hear what it was like to grow up in Hanover as
\nthe first American-born children. The tea will be held on the Stetson
\nHouse Museum\u2019s historic grounds and will include a house tour
\nhighlighting the society\u2019s federal era collection.<\/p>\n
The event is from 3:00 \u2013 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18th. Call (781)

\nmembers: $15 per person. The Stetson House Museum (Hanover Historical
