The Town of Hanover is pleased to introduce YourGOV, an innovative
\ncitizen request application that allows citizens to conveniently
\nreport non-emergency issues and service requests in real time using
\nthe web or a smartphone. <\/p>\n
“The introduction of YourGOV in Hanover is consistent with the goal of
\nthe Board of Selectmen to improve customer service and communication
\nwith the public”, according to Town Manager Troy Clarkson. <\/p>\n
In just three steps, YourGOV users can submit common issues, such as
\npotholes, vandalism, street light outages, and more \u2013 complete with
\nlocation, details, and photos. It is free of charge and is available
\nnow through the town\u2019s Department of Public Works website at:
\nwww.hanoverdpw.org
\n , or through a free iPhone application available in the iTunes app
\nstore. <\/p>\n
\u201cVictor is fulfilling the mandate of the Selectmen to increase
\ninteraction with the public and increase efficiency and deserves kudos
\nfor a job well done,\u201d said Clarkson. \u201cWith the leadership of the
\nSelectmen and the hard work of our public works team led by Victor,
