Dear fellow Hanoverians,<\/p>\n
Have you ever thought to yourself, \u201cI have seen all that the Stetson
\nHouse Museum has to offer?\u201d Well think again! The Hanover Historical
\nSociety, which operates the Stetson House Museum, is making some
\nsignificant changes to the Museum this summer. The Museum will be
\nclosing to the public June, July, and August with a grand re-opening
\nin the fall. When visitors return in the fall they will be greeted
\nwith a welcome room, interactive displays, and a chronological tour
\nthat will take visitors through time, with each room representing a
\ndifferent era in Hanover history. The tour will highlight the objects
\nin the rooms and the families of Hanoverians who came before. From
\nthis year forward, the tour will change themes every April, giving the
\ncommunity a reason to keep returning to the Stetson House Museum.<\/p>\n
While the Museum is closed for the summer, the Museum\u2019s historic
\nbarn will be open for an educational program called Colonial Kids each
\nWednesday in July from 2:00 \u2013 4:00 p.m. The program will include
\nhands-on activities, dress up, and games from Hanover\u2019s colonial
\npast. The program has a voluntary donation of $10 per family. No
\nreservations necessary. For more details call (781) 826-9575. <\/p>\n
The Hanover Historical Society preserves Hanover\u2019s unique heritage
\nthrough education, preservation, and sharing resources with the
