\nReady…Set…Go… Pre-register now for the 5th Annual Hanover Anchor
\nRace to be held Sunday, October 6, 2013 at www.active.com<\/p>\n

\nYour on-line pre-registration includes Hanover t-shirt, donation to
\nHanover Schools (HFEE), race bag of goodies, race number,
\nentertainment and free food at Squires!!
\nThe Hanover Anchor Race starts at 10:00 a.m. at Cedar School. It is a
\n4 mile professionally timed race (runners and walkers of all levels
\nwelcome). The free, little-kids-fun-run starts at 9:00 a.m. at Cedar
\nSchool. YMCA volunteers will organize appropriate distances for ages
\n1-9 on the school field. Face painting, tattoos, balloon animals and
\nall entertainment begins at 8:45 a.m.
\nEnjoy time with friends and family while you enjoy free pizza and
\nappetizers and bid on silent auction items at Squires from 1:00 \u2013
\n3:00 p.m.
\nAnchor Race route:
\nBegins at Cedar School driveway, turn right onto Cedar Street, right
\non Whiting, right on Homestead, left on Bayberry, right on Curtis
\nMill, right on Linden, left on Bonney, left on Bates, left on Stone
\nMeadow, right on Main Street, right on Cedar Street and back up Cedar
\nElementary School driveway.
\nRace prizes:
\nDivisional prizes and awards will be given for many ages and there
\nwill be additional fundraising contests. For more information about

Pre-registration for the Hanover Anchor Race is recommended to receive
\na t-shirt and race bag, so sign up soon. Pre-register: on-line at

\n . Race day registration will be held Sunday, 10\/6 at Cedar School
\nfrom 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., but does not include a shirt. Registration
\nis $15 for students, $20 for adults, $50 for a family. They are also
\nselling “Fun-Run” shirts for $15, and the little kid\u2019s run race is
\nfree.<\/p>\n
All proceeds benefit the Hanover Foundation for Educational
\nEnrichment, which supports all public schools in Hanover. All events
\nare rain or shine.<\/p>\n
