\nParents\/guardians of children who will be five years of age prior to
\n*September 1, 2014* are invited to come to their neighborhood home
\nschool on<\/p>\n
*Monday, February 3rd*
\n*Wednesday, February 5th*
\n*Thursday, February 6th*<\/p>\n
*Between 9:30 -11:30* to register for Kindergarten for the *2014 –
\n2015* school year<\/p>\n
Hanover Schools requests that you bring the following forms when you
\ncome to register:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Original birth certificate
\n\u00b7 Proof of residency (2 items)
\n\u00b7 Report of the most recent physical examination and immunizations <\/p>\n
As part of the registration process, they will ask you to complete the
\nfollowing forms which can be downloaded from the Hanover School\u2019s
\nwebsite: *www.hanoverschools.org
\n*

\n\u00b7 Registration
\n\u00b7 Medical History
\n\u00b7 Parent Information
\n\u00b7 Developmental Questionnaire
\n\u00b7 Primary Home Language Survey <\/p>\n
You may also pick up a registration packet at the school office on one
\nof the registration dates. It is not necessary for children to attend
\nthis registration.<\/p>\n
Children who have all of the above documentation on file will be
\nscheduled for a time to come to school and participate in a screening
\nprocess in May.<\/p>\n
