Session Starts on March 3rd!<\/p>\n
Girls Rock! Yoga is a fabulous way for people to have a great time and
\nlearn about themselves in a supportive environment. In addition to
\nexploring the basics of yoga, this program will help the girls:
\n\u2022 Build self-esteem
\n\u2022 Feel empowered and gain confidence
\n\u2022 Learn about the powerful mind-body connection
\n\u2022 Improve body image while decreasing self-consciousness
\n\u2022 Gain tools to manage stress – Not sweating the \u201csmall stuff\u201d
\n\u2022 Promote better posture, flexibility, and focus
\n\u2022 Understand the importance of self-care and self-acceptance
\n\u2022 Laugh and learn the benefits of appreciating the \u201clittle things”<\/p>\n
