Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
On Saturday, May 3 (1:00 \u2013 3:00 p.m.), and again on Saturday, May 17
\n(10:00 – 11:30 a.m.), Rosemary Sampson and Jeanne McKenna will be back to
\nlead a Children’s Photography Workshop (2 sessions) at the John Curtis Free
\nLibrary. <\/p>\n
The first class on May 3 will provide children with photography basics. The
\nsecond class on May 17 will be used to review what did and didn’t work.
\nBoth Rosemary and Jeanne are award-winning photographers who met at the
\nSouth Shore Camera Club. Their programs are always popular! This workshop
\nis open to children ages 8-12 years for a $10 fee for each child (the
\nFriends of the John Curtis Free Library will fund the rest). <\/p>\n
Space is limited to 15 participants so please sign up immediately at the
\nchildren’s circulation desk if you are interested (fee necessary at time of
\nregistration)! All participants should bring a camera of some kind. Point
\nand shoot cameras work very well. For the second class, everyone should
\nbring in two 5 x 7 photographs of their work.<\/p>\n
