\nAs you may already know, there is an article on the Annual Town Meeting
\nwarrant to discuss the potential expenditure of $500,000 for a feasibility
\nstudy for the Center\/Sylvester Building project. <\/p>\n
It is Article 48 out of the 66 Articles on the warrant. Annual Town
\nMeeting begins Monday at 8:00 p.m. and will likely continue on Tuesday. In
\nmy time in town, I have never seen an article this important taken out of
\norder, but far be it from me to publicly predict the actions of Town
\nMeeting!<\/p>\n
