Dear fellow Hanoverians:
\nHanover\u2019s salute to our fallen veterans, the Annual Memorial Day parade,
\nwill be held this Monday, May 26. The parade will kick off from St.
\nMary\u2019s Parish Hall at 10:00 a.m. and head west on Hanover Street (Route
\n139). Included in the parade are veterans, Sons of American Legion
\nmembers, Ladies Auxiliary, Selectman, High School Band, Police, Fire, Boy
\nScouts, Girls Scouts, Congregational Church members, antique cars and an
\nArmy truck. There will be gun salutes at each memorial and the cemetery
\nplots. Finally, the parade marches to Town Hall where Father Chris will
\ngive an invocation followed by speeches from the Selectman and Commander
\nRay Miller of the American Legion.<\/p>\n
Residents are encouraged to line the parade route and mark this important
\nday in the life of our town and country. It\u2019s a day like no other in our
