\nSeptember Events for Teens at the John Curtis Free Library<\/p>\n
Teen Advisory Board Thursday 09\/04\/14 3:15 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.<\/p>\n
The TAB is a group of young people interested in the programs and book
\nselections for the library. The group meets once a month to discuss current
\nreads, to share new program ideas or to make items for future programs.
\nMost of all, the group is FUN! There is no pressure to attend but it is
\nimportant for the library to know how it\u2019s doing with the books and
\nprograms we are offering. Snacks provided. (Grades 6 and up)<\/p>\n
Book Discussion Group for Teens Wednesday 09\/17\/14 4:15 p.m. –
\n5:15 p.m.<\/p>\n
The John Curtis Free Library will be holding a book discussion group
\nspecifically for teens beginning this month. The choice for this month is
\n\u201cA Great and Terrible Beauty\u201d by Libba Bray. Copies are available at
\nthe Reference Desk for checkout.<\/p>\n
Teen\/Tween Craft Saturday 09\/27\/14 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.<\/p>\n
Reference\/Teen Librarian Donald will be hosting a craft project for teens
\nand tweens. Clay pens (and more) will be the craft for this month.
\nRegistration is required. You can register by emailing Donald at
\ndcolon@ocln.org; calling 781-826-2972; or by stopping by the Reference
\nDesk. (Ages 10 and up)<\/p>\n
