Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
The Hanover Public Schools have partnered with Bay State Textiles in an
\nongoing GREEN fundraiser. The focus of the program is to spread awareness
\nto the problem of textile waste, educate on acceptable items for textile
\nrecycling, while generating revenue for the Hanover Public Schools.
\nDonation boxes are located outside of each school generating revenue for
\nthat school based on the weight of the donations. <\/p>\n
Bay State Textiles has added an incentive with a \u201cFall Closet Clean Out
\nContest,\u201d offering an additional financial benefit on top of the $100 per
\nton generated by the Schools. The Hanover Public Schools combined have to
\ncollect 14,000 pounds to receive an additional $450.00. The contest runs
\nSeptember 1, 2014 through January 15, 2015.<\/p>\n
Invite your friends, family and neighbors to participate and support the
\nHanover Public Schools.<\/p>\n
Acceptable Items: Clothing, Shoes, Pocketbooks, Household Linens,
\nAccessories and Stuffed Animals in any condition as long as they are not
\nwet or contaminated with hazardous material.<\/p>\n
