Description:
\nThe transition to adulthood can invoke feelings of uncertainty in both
\nadolescents and caregivers alike. Join us for important and interactive
\ndiscussion about the role of agencies such as Massachusetts Rehabilitation
\nCommission (MRC) and Department of Developmental Services (DDS) in
\ntransition planning and post-secondary life for students with disabilities.
\nTopics include eligibility requirements, the eligibility determination
\nprocess and what supports and services are available.
\nPresented by: Peter Allard from Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission and
\nMaureen Cavicchi from Department of Developmental Services <\/p>\n
