SPIRIT OF HANOVER COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD<\/p>\n
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS<\/p>\n
The Spirit of Hanover Community Service Award Committee is accepting
\nnominations for the recipient of the 13th Annual Spirit of Hanover
\nCommunity Service Award.<\/p>\n
This Award is presented annually to an individual who best exemplifies the
\nspirit of Hanover by voluntarily giving selflessly of their time, energy
\nand talent to the Town and its citizens thus enriching our lives, fostering
\na true sense of community and inspiring us all to a higher level of
\nservice.<\/p>\n
Nominations should be in writing and should articulate in detail how the
\nnominee satisfies these criteria. Nominees from prior years are not
\nconsidered for this year\u2019s award unless re-nominated.<\/p>\n
Nominations must be received by not later than January 8, 2015 and should
\nbe addressed to:<\/p>\n

Past recipients of the Award include Mrs. Virginia Szejnar, Mrs. Barbara
\nBarker (-Kemp), Mr. Richard \u201cDick\u201d Eaton, Mrs. Jean Migre, Mrs. Lois
\nVan Doren, Mr. John Thomson, Mrs. Barbara Itz, Ms. Catherine
\nHarder-Bernier, Mrs. Joanne B. Cure, Mr. Harold (Hal) D. Thomas, Mr. Roger
\nA. Leslie, Sr., and Mrs. Judy Grecco.<\/p>\n
Receipt of the Award is commemorated with a reception and by having the
\nrecipients name inscribed on a perpetual plaque which is prominantly
\ndisplayed in the foyer of the Town Hall. <\/p>\n
