Dear fellow Hanoverians:<\/p>\n
During the month of January 2015, all exercise classes at the Hanover
\nSenior Center will be free of charge. The Friends of the Hanover Council
\non Aging are funding these classes this month. <\/p>\n
The exercise schedule is as follows: Mondays – Yoga at 8:30 a.m., Arthritis
\nexercise at 10:00 a.m., and Stretch with Neil at 11:30 a.m.; Tuesdays
\n\u2013Tai Chi at 1:00 p.m. (no class January 6); Wednesdays – Yoga at 9:30
\na.m.; Thursdays – Exercise with Chris at 10:00 a.m., Tai Chi at 11:30 a.m.
\nand Zumba at 1:00 p.m. and Fridays – Arthritis exercise at 10:00 a.m. and
\nStretch with Neil at 11:30 a.m. <\/p>\n
The Hanover Senior Center provides programming for those 60 years old and
\nabove. The Center is located at 665 Center Street in Hanover. Call
